To register a swertewin account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered swertewin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited. swertewin employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited.
KYC Verification: swertewin is required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance framework to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your swertewin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. swertewin will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your swertewin account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify swertewin's customer support team immediately via live chat or email. swertewin will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. swertewin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, provided the account balance is sufficient. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
Players may request the closure of their swertewin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (subject to KYC verification) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
swertewin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. swertewin does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with current Philippine financial regulations.
The minimum deposit amount on swertewin is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though swertewin reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. swertewin reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security review purposes.
Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. swertewin reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a calendar month.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: s wertewin is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to report suspicious transactions. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to payment methods registered in the player's own name. Funds deposited on swertewin must be used for gaming purposes only and may not be deposited and withdrawn without meaningful gameplay activity.
Each game available on the swertewin Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
All swertewin slot games and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with industry standards. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the same regulatory oversight.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, swertewin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. swertewin will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager amount.
If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. swertewin is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
swertewin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in which they are offered, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's swertewin account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers on eligible games before the bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. Fishing games contribute 50%. The specific contribution rates for each game are displayed in the promotion terms and within the swertewin bonus section of the Platform.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 days of being credited to a player's account will expire and be removed from the account balance. swertewin will send a reminder notification before bonus expiry where technically feasible.
swertewin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. Determination of bonus abuse is at swertewin's sole discretion.
Welcome Bonus: New swertewin players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ₱50,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a 30x wagering requirement and must be claimed within 7 days of account registration. Full terms are available on the swertewin promotions page.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the swertewin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, swertewin's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
swertewin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if swertewin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
swertewin does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond swertewin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. swertewin will not be liable for losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

Upon termination for cause, swertewin may forfeit any bonus balances in the player's account. Real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to swertewin.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting swertewin customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
swertewin operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints against swertewin may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels after exhausting swertewin's internal dispute resolution process.
swertewin reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the swertewin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
